We would like to invite you to participate in our Pound the Pavement 5K & 1 mile run. Our next event will be held November 15, 2025 with the 1 mile Family Fun Run at 8am, followed by the 5k at 9am. The festivities are held at the Kidz Korner Playland. Awards are given to top qualifiers of the 5k. Winner of the 1/2 Calf Raffle will be announced at 10am at the run!
Door Prizes, food and prizes for 1st 50 5k Finishers, gift cards and lots of fun!

Assess the Need
Fans for the elderly through Livingston Parish Council on Aging
Denham Springs High Project Graduation
Honoring Veterans @ nursing homes on Veteran’s Day
Sponsoring DSHS Anchor Club
Brain-Minders puppet show for youth
Yearly Pilot Club scholarship for a DSHS graduate
Recent projects: 5-10 year plans to add playground equipment to our parish elementary schools - Currently completed five elementary schools!

The route starts at Kidz Korner on Government Street, to River Road, north to Mattie Street, to Benton St, then to Sullivan, across railroad to Lakeview and back to River Road.
